We are a Greater Glens Falls heating and air conditioning company servicing the lower Adirondack region, Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties.  We have been in business for over 30 years and it is our service that has kept us here. 

In 2007, we were voted by the Post Star readers as the best heating and air conditioning service company in the Glens Falls region with its first ever "Best of the Region Readers' Award", for that we thank our customers and will remain committed in providing the best service possible.

Marty and Marj DeVit the owners of Thermal Associates have been running and operating the business since its inception.  Marty believing in a new way to heat a house patented a refrigeration line for geothermal heat pumps in the 1980s while working with the company Cantherm. 

Over the years, Geo Exchange technology has progressively grown into a highly efficient system that is produced by Water Furnace. As people who have been working with the heat pump technology for 28 years, Marty DeVit is an industry leader in the North East.
